I think we'll always be in a recession of sorts now that capital has replaced labour and all this blah blah from the media, corporate and otherwise, about imminent system collapse is just busywork clickbait for use by left and right parties trying to get into government so they can either nationalize or privatize more than Liberal parties do in government.
Myself I like owning a pipeline that gives me a stake in Canada's Energy Sands and I doubt very much that the NDP would have bought me one. For sure the CPC wouldn't have done. So I'm good.
