The problem with Ottawa is that Ottawans are allowed to drive their private vehicles into its downtown.
There are even a couple of hired hands with a Stop Sign stopping pedestrians on the Queen Street sidewalk so that greenhouse gas emitters can turn into the Rideau Club parking lot.
And if we weren't such cheapskates we'd have a great light rail system instead of whatever OC Transpo slapped into place.
