On the Road to Kindness

So I read a cool article today about Jack Kerouac that included a poem, the essential part of which is below:

The world you see is just a movie in your mind.
Rocks don't see it.
Bless and sit down.
Forgive and forget.
Practice kindness all day to everybody
and you will realize you’re already
in heaven now.

Calming, eh?

    1. The author has a way of offending himself. Especially when quoting William Shatner (Not from Star Trek but from 4-500 years ago… good to great read)

  3. My sister-in-law said at my mother's memorial, "Don't look back, just look forward". It's hard because I've made a habit of dwelling on the past, so I have to work at retraining my mind.
